What is the process for booking a trip?

There are pre-curated travel vacations under the "Experiences Tab". You may choose your ultimate vacation package from the list and make direct payments on the website or may fill out an inquiry for here.

You will fill out the travel inquiry form, submit your form along with your payment for the non-refundable retainer fee, depending on selection. Allow 2-5 business days for your custom itinerary. Keep in mind that you are given 3 Proposals for 1 Destination. Once the proposal is approved, we will then begin the booking process and count down for your trip.

Why should I use a Travel Consultant?
In most cases, a travel consultant has access to information about rates and routes than an average consumer might not have. A Travel Consultant can provide payment plans (As long as the trip is 45 days or more).
A Travel Consultant saves you time and money. You are able to speak to an actual person as to oppose to you booking online getting a robot and not being able to resolve an issue for you. I am here from beginning, during and end of your trip!

Is Horizon Travel Experiences a licensed and certified company?
Yes, we are licensed and certified with CLIA and IATAN. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance and E&R insurance.
